Q1) Just how easy is it to fit a loft ladder?
We here at ladders online may think it is simple getting a new loft ladder installed. And while our own loft ladders do come with full fitting instructions this question is quite a common one. So we have put it up here and got our staff and various web recourses to answer it.
A1) It’s not really that hard at all as most loft ladders (including the ones we sell) come with very simple to follow fitting instructions.
Just as long as you can follow a simple step by step guide you will be fine.
A2) To be fair some are more difficult than others but none I have come across are that hard. Make sure you read the instructions before you start and you have all the required tools before you start. You will need some assistance from someone who listens to you.(so don’t ask my wife)
A3) that will depend on your skills basically. With some loft ladders it will be easy. And some it will be quite hard.
